ASAP Automated Services And Products, Inc. was founded in 1979 by John Schmidt and Robert Cerf. Over the years ASAP has experienced steady growth and now maintains client relationships in California, Nevada and Hawaii. Our in house technicians both sell and install architectural products. ASAP holds a B1 General Contractors license and a C61/D28 specialty license.

ASAP is dedicated to developing and maintaining positive working relationships with its many contractors, institutional and business customers. We pride ourselves in conducting business honestly and with integrity. Our clients range from small end users to multi-faceted commercial, institutional, medical, educational, military and industrial developers.

John F. Schmidt – Founder, President and CEO
John is a licensed California architect, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He’s been associated with the glass and glazing industry since 1962, and is an active member of CSI.

Bob has 40 plus years in construction specialty trades. He is a member of D.H.I. and is also A.A.A.D.M. certified. His areas of experience are in the commercial and industrial fields, specializing in hospital, medical centers and industrial sectors.

Chris has over 20 plus years in electronics and construction industries. He is A.D.A.A.M. certified, specializing in technical support for all types of specialty applications with different operating modes, configurations and functions, and is the R.M.O. for the above-mentioned contractors license.

With over 25 years experience in architectural aluminum fabrication in contract glass and glazing, Rick handles all of our submittal detail requirements using the latest AutoCAD equipment. He is also A.D.A.A.M. certified.

Vitaliy has over 15 plus years experience in a variety of technical skills associated with the business. He’s responsible for managing the Technician Team and all job scheduling. He is also A.D.A.A.M. certified.
